Here is your opportunity to obtain a work permit for full time employment and at the same time apply for permanent resident of Canada. IRCC, in advance, has posted some conditions which may apply to be eligible:

This can be done in 1 step. Homecare workers and their family members are included.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Language requirement, English CLB 4, or French NCLC 4, simple everyday communication in familiar situations. Education, a minimum completion of high school diploma or (Canadian equivalent)
2. Work experience. Proven, recent, relevant paid work experience, minimum continuous 6 months. This experience includes both Canadian and overseas
3. Eligible job offer for a home care job must be full time.
4. Home care worker training. Minimum six months course. (May not be needed if you have relevant work experience)
