Launched in January 2015, Express Entry is Canada’s application management system which includes the three permanent residence immigration programs:

Federal Skilled Worker Class. - Application for Permanent Residence

You can apply for permanent residence and after five years, for Canadian Citizenship. If you have a family bring them with you. They could apply for a work or study permit.

Canadian Experience Class - Application for Permanent Residence

The Canadian Experience Class is one of the three classes that may use the Express Entry application management system for a permanent residence application. This class is available to skilled workers who obtained Canadian experience in management, professional or technical jobs. Language skills in either English or French will be tested.

The Family Class-Sponsorship - Application for Permanent Residence

Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada welcomes reunification of families. This class is a priority for the federal government. Here is the opportunity to sponsor your spouse or common-law partner and dependents to come and live with you in Canada. In order to qualify as a sponsor, you must be at least 18 years old and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Temporary Residence Class

Included are skilled workers, international students, business people and tourists. This is a large class to which many Canadian immigration laws and policies apply.

Application for Canadian Citizenship

If you are a permanent resident of Canada and you have been physically present for 1095 days (three years) during the past 5 years in Canada, you may be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship. You need to prove that your stay in Canada was authorized by Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada. Proof of language skills in either English or French will be requested. Also, a general knowledge about Canada will be tested for applicants between the ages of 18 and 55.
