Attention international graduates: gain extra 18 months of valuable Canadian work experience through your PGWP

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), announced on March 17, 2023 the extension of post-graduation work permits (PGWP) up to 18 months.
International graduates with expired or soon-to-expire post-graduation work permits, will qualify for an additional or an extension of post-graduation work permits (PGWP).
These are very good news for international graduates since it will allow them to gain valuable extra Canadian work experience, being this a requisite to transitioning to permanent residence.
